Terms of Service

1. Service Provider

mytaxi Rhodes (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides private transfer services on the island of Rhodes, Greece. We are a fully licensed and insured taxi operator.

2. Bookings & Payments

  • A deposit is charged at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
  • The remaining balance is paid directly to your driver in cash on the day of travel.
  • All prices shown are fixed and include VAT, tolls, luggage assistance, and meet & greet service.
  • Prices are per vehicle, not per person.

3. Your Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate flight/ferry details so we can track delays.
  • The maximum passenger count for each vehicle type must not be exceeded.
  • Child seats must be requested in advance and are provided subject to availability.
  • Excess or oversized luggage must be mentioned at the time of booking.

4. Flight & Ferry Tracking

We monitor your flight or ferry status in real time. If your arrival is delayed, we will wait at no extra charge. Please contact us if you experience a delay exceeding 3 hours.

Cancellation & refunds

One-way transfers

  • More than 24 hours before scheduled pickup: full refund of the deposit.
  • Within 24 hours of scheduled pickup: deposit is non-refundable.
  • No-show (passenger does not appear within 30 minutes, with no contact): deposit is non-refundable.

Round-trip transfers

The outbound leg and the return leg are treated as two separate cancellable units, each with its own €20 deposit.

  • Cancel the entire round-trip more than 24 hours before the outbound pickup → full €40 refund.
  • Cancel only the return leg more than 24 hours before the return pickup → €20 refund for the return deposit.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours of the respective leg's pickup are non-refundable for that leg.

How to cancel

Email us at info@mytaxirodos.com or WhatsApp us at +30 694 083 3356 with your booking reference. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Driver delays caused by us: if we cannot provide the service for reasons within our control, you receive a 100% refund of the deposit.

Force majeure: flights significantly delayed or cancelled, severe weather, port closures, strikes, and similar events are handled case-by-case. We will reschedule at no charge where possible.

5. Limitation of Liability

We carry full passenger liability insurance as required by Greek law. Our liability for any claim is limited to the fare paid. We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rhodes, Greece.
